Class Cancellation and Rescheduling
Students may transfer to another class (if there is a seat available) for a rescheduling fee of $15 up to five days before class.
Students may cancel up to five days before class. There is a cancellation fee of $25 per student. There are no refunds for cancellations less than five days before class, or to students who do not attend class.
To cancel or reschedule a class, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your rescheduling or cancellation request. Include the student's name, and the date and location of the class.
Rescheduling a Missed Class
Please remember..........There are a limited number of seats in each class. Once you reserve your seat, others may be denied the opportunity to attend!
Circumstances beyond our control
We reserve the right to reschedule any class due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that we must reschedule a class, you will be given the opportunity to transfer to any other class given by us at no extra charge.
Students without Connecticut Conservation ID Numbers
Students are instructed to register with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) before class to get a Conservation ID Number, and are also given the opportunity to get an ID Number on the day of class.
Students who do not provide us with a correct Conservation ID Number and Date of Birth on the day of class will be charged an administrative fee of $10 to upload their information to DEEP. To upload your info to DEEP, please send us your correct Conservation ID# and DOB.

Retake a Failed Boating Exam
Private Boating Class deposits are non refundable.
